About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Management Lead to oversee the administration and execution of our contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal healthcare policies, particularly those related to drug pricing and pharmaceutical supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and have full authority over the administration and execution of the contract, ensuring alignment with the expected objectives and outcomes of the contract.
  • Responsible for all phases of performance, including contract management, coordination of resource needs, and direct accountability for the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
  • A minimum of ten (10) years professional experience with managing same/similar, large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
  • In-depth understanding of federal healthcare policies; especially those related to drug pricing, pharmaceutical supply chain; pharmaceutical negotiations; and best practices in program monitoring, oversight, and compliance.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000 - $130,000, depending on experience.
