Job Description

In this role as a Winner's Circle Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by combining food, drinks, and games in a welcoming environment. You will work closely with the immediate supervisor to address any problems or concerns and suggest solutions when necessary. Additionally, you will provide timely and accurate service, manage wait times, and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers.

Responsibilities:
  • To greet guests with a positive attitude and perform multiple job functions.
  • To make recommendations on items and assist guests with game-related issues.
  • To notify support technicians or management as needed and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • To restock merchandise and conduct inventory checks.
Requirements:
  • To be at least 16 years old.
  • To work days, nights, and weekends as required.
  • To work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • To read and write handwritten notes.
  • To lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • To stand for long periods and walk or stand 100% of the shift.
Salary: $15 - $17 per hour.
