As a Winner's Circle Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate service, communicating effectively with guests, team members, and managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a positive attitude and assist with requests as needed.
  • Provide game assistance and notify support technicians or management as required.
  • Practice proper cost controls and accurately process transactions.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.

Salary: $15 - $17 per hour
