• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by combining great food, drinks, and games in a fun atmosphere.
• Maintain open communication with management about any issues or concerns, ensuring prompt corrective action when necessary.
• Provide timely and accurate service, managing wait times and communicating effectively with guests, team members, and managers.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and perform multiple job functions, always smiling and saying hello upon entry.
• Assist guests with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations on items.
• Offer game assistance by promptly notifying support technicians or management as needed.
• Bid farewell to departing guests, ensuring their satisfaction and inviting them to return.
• Notify management about any perceived unhappy guests.
• Practice proper cost controls by accurately weighing tickets and scanning merchandise.
• Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
• Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts, if applicable.
• Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard.
• Review the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle, ensuring plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained.
• Properly position and set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Foster a favorable working relationship with all company team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
