Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Bagger and Kwik-Lok machines, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our packaging process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Bagger and Kwik-Lok machines to package products
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of packaged products
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with packaging equipment
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth operation of the production line
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of related experience and/or training in packaging or manufacturing
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions

The Packaging Machine Operator will work in a production environment with regular exposure to noise, vibration, and temperature extremes. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy loads is required.
