About the Role

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Bagger and Kwik-lok machines, ensuring the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Bagger and Kwik-lok machines to meet production requirements
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of bread and packaging, including wrapping and bagging
  • Check bread and packaging for clarity and accuracy
  • Feed bread into Slicers at an approximate rate of 55 loaves per minute
  • Monitor the size, quality, and weight of bread, reporting any variances to Supervision
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing work conditions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull heavy loads
