Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to become a vital part of our finance department at Torito Brands LLC.

This role entails overseeing and directing the organization's financial reporting, accounting, and compliance operations, while also managing a team of remote professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the generation of precise and timely financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Manage the monthly and annual closing procedures, which include the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee biweekly payroll processing.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial documentation and reporting.
• Guarantee the company's adherence to all pertinent financial reporting regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with tax accountants for the preparation of tax returns and strategic tax planning.
• Develop and uphold internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing necessary training and development opportunities.
• Address federal, state, and local tax notices with appropriate and timely responses.
• Prepare the organization for annual reviews and/or audits, including intercompany transactions, consolidations, and inventory audits.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in managing remote teams.

• Experience with large-scale financial systems and process enhancement initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
