Job Title: ERP Financial System Manager

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking a highly skilled ERP Financial System Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Office of Financial Operations and Systems, you will be responsible for providing oversight of ERP user security and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of system data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage functional analysts and oversee various aspects of DIFS-related project integrations
  • Develop ERP security policies and manage ERP-related audits
  • Verify the accuracy and integrity of system data and prioritize, assign, and monitor report development changes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:

Six (6) years of progressive work experience performing related duties and responsibilities such as:

  • Managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system administration, including facilitating project integrations
  • Assessing ERP systems for risk and developing strategies for improvements to data security
  • Providing project management oversight and analyzing complex financial data to implement internal controls
  • Providing reports, guidance, and recommendations to top leadership
  • Possessing expert functional/technical knowledge of ERP applications, including providing technical end-user support and troubleshooting with a customer-centric focus
