Job Summary

This is a rewarding opportunity to work as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with Soliant Health in Olympia, Washington.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SLP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active licensure in Washington state or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
