Speech Language Pathologist Wanted for School-Based Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Olympia, Washington. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in the local community.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearJob DescriptionThis full-time position involves working with students and collaborating with caregivers, families, and other professionals to evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other PTs, SLPAs, and OT professionals
- Monitor and report patient progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Experience with AAC devices
- Knowledgeable regarding IEPs
