Job Summary

Advanced Technology Leaders Inc is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager to lead our Cyber Range Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the overall program, including directing all contractor/subcontractor personnel and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the program's overall direction, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Direct and oversee the work of contractor/subcontractor personnel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of program objectives.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting requirements to measure program success.
  • Represent the program at various national-level working groups and planning conferences, and conduct high-level engagements with senior state and national-level leaders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program management or senior-level DoD experience, with a documented record of increasing management responsibilities and a firm technical foundation in enterprise-level technology management.
  • Senior-level DoD experience is defined as experience as a military field-grade officer or above, or as a senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of rank E-8 or above, or experience as a DoD civilian at a paygrade of GS13 or higher, or as a Defense Industry Civilian professional with at least 10 years of experience working with senior-level DoD personnel.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Possess and maintain all required training and certifications.
  • US Citizen.
  • Ability to perform office automation work, including word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications.
Work Environment

The program manager will work in a normal office environment, with occasional travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to support tasks and requirements.

Security Requirements

The program manager must have and maintain a Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance throughout the life of the contract.
