Position Title: Project Manager - (PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST)
Key Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager will lead and deliver support for the MuTC – Cyber Program, focusing on cyber testing and training events and exercises, which includes gathering and implementing event specifications.
- This role necessitates a comprehensive technical background and experience across various functions, alongside a thorough understanding of procedures and funding processes, coupled with a robust management experience.
- A background in IT and OT devices, as well as the management of related systems, is essential for this position.
- Projects will demand technical services and material support to the Atterbury-Muscatatuck Directorate of Information Management (DOIM).
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- The candidate must meet DoD M IAT II requirements.
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects with extensive technical requirements, including IT, OT, and telecommunication/RF systems, utilizing PMI principles.
- Experience with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 4G, and 3G wireless technologies to facilitate the MUTC Wireless Network.
- Proven experience in coordinating with external agencies and organizations, including various functional elements within the organization, establishing responsibilities, managing budgets, and adhering to schedules.
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Required to maintain all necessary training and certifications.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Proficient in office automation tasks, including word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; capable of typing various materials from rough drafts to final forms, maintaining records, and managing office functional files.

Work Environment:
Standard business hours are from 0800 to 1700, with personnel schedules staggered to ensure classroom availability from 0700 to 1800, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to emergencies or administrative reasons.
