Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee all Contractor and Subcontractor activities, ensuring the successful execution and maintenance of our upcoming program. This role will serve as the primary representative of the program, engaging with senior state and national leaders through tours and briefings. The Program Manager will also participate in various national-level working groups and planning conferences, conducting high-level interactions with key defense entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the program to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Represent the program at high-level engagements and national conferences.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Clearance Required:
Active/current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Program Management or senior-level Department of Defense (DoD) roles.
  • Proven track record of increasing management responsibilities, with a solid technical foundation in enterprise-level technology management.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.
  • Senior-level DoD experience as a military field grade officer, senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of rank E-8 or above, or as a DoD civilian at a GS13 paygrade or higher.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the defense industry working with senior-level DoD personnel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of platform support and hardware associated with the MuTC – Cyber Program.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
