Position Title: Project Manager - (PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering customer support for cyber testing and training events, which includes gathering and implementing event specifications.
  • This role necessitates a comprehensive technical background and experience across various functions, alongside a thorough understanding of procedures, authorization, and appropriation processes, complemented by a robust management experience.
  • A solid understanding of IT and OT devices and the management of related systems is essential for this position.
  • Projects will require the provision of technical services and material support to the relevant Directorate of Information Management.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Candidate must meet DoD M IAT II standards.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects with extensive technical requirements, including IT, OT, and telecommunication/RF systems, utilizing PMI methodologies.
  • Experience with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 4G, and 3G technologies is essential for supporting the Wireless Network.
  • Proven experience in coordinating with external agencies and organizations, establishing responsibilities, managing budgets, and adhering to schedules.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English proficiently.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must hold all required training and certifications.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Proficient in office automation tasks, including word processing, email, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; capable of typing various materials from rough drafts to final forms, maintaining records, and managing office files.
