Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Fitness Specialist to join our team at 20 - EXOS Works, LLC. As our new Health Fitness Specialist, you will:

  • Work with our clients in a corporate fitness center setting to promote healthy living and wellness.
  • Be responsible for helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching and guidance.
  • Supervise and monitor exercise participants to ensure a safe and effective workout environment.
  • Instruct group exercise classes to promote physical activity and social interaction.
  • Perform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions, and design workout programs for a diverse population, including high-risk clientele.
  • Provide one-on-one consulting, training, and motivation to help our members achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Design and implement incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programs to engage our members and promote healthy behaviors.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with facility operations, including scheduling, customer service, and data entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team and our clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a CPR/AED certification at time of hire.
  • Will have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field, or be currently certified through a nationally accredited industry association (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.).
  • Will have experience teaching group exercise classes and working with diverse populations.
  • Will have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our members and clients.
  • Will have superior customer service skills to provide exceptional support to our members and clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

Exos Works, LLC offers a competitive compensation package, including hourly pay rates ranging from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on factors such as site location, specialty, certifications, and work experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off, as well as a variety of part-time benefits.
