Job Overview

We're seeking a passionate and knowledgeable leader to join our Produce Department team at Wegmans Food Markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service by educating team members and customers on product offerings, highlighting quality, freshness, and uniqueness of products.
  • Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items, and offer suggestions to complete their meals.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for fresh products and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
Requirements
  • 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree.
  • Computer skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team and enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products.
