As a Store Supervisor, you will be instrumental in coordinating and guiding our operations to meet sales, cost, and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and profitability through a customer-focused approach, teamwork, extensive product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Mentor and enhance team performance in real-time to maximize selling potential. Establish clear objectives and expectations for all team members during each shift.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for store and employee appearance.
  • Facilitate the enrollment of all customers in our Loyalty Program by Front of House (FOH) staff.
  • Assist in the recruitment, retention, and development of high-quality team members.
  • Guarantee timely training and certification for all Kreation Krew members.
  • Review operational processes, conduct performance assessments, and manage downtime effectively.
  • Lead by example in exemplifying Kreation's service standards.
  • Maintain equipment and store appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Achieve organizational objectives in sales, service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain accurate records and support inventory management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by upper management.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in the restaurant or food industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  • A strong passion, knowledge, and interest in health and wellness.
  • Ability to cultivate customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
  • Adaptability to new procedures, processes, and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong project management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous leadership experience in retail and/or hospitality is preferred.
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
  • Physical ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Possession of a valid Food Handler Card or applicable state certification.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
