Microscope Soldering and Assembly Technician

Job Title: Wire Bonding & Hand Soldering Technician
Location: Northvale, NJ
Shift: 1st, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20-$25 based on wire bonding expertise
Position Overview
The role involves the assembly of circuit boards into enclosures, executing wiring and crossovers, and performing wire bonding tasks under a microscope. The technician will manage 1-2 assemblies daily.
This position is part of a dedicated 11-member production team, collaborating closely with another wire bonding specialist. Candidates with soldering experience under a microscope will find their skills applicable to this role. Blueprint reading and product diagram interpretation are essential components of the job.
Required Skills
- Proficient in wire bonding under a microscope
- Experienced in soldering under a microscope
- Adept at interpreting wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site role located in a manufacturing facility. The technician will work with small components under a microscope. Opportunities for overtime are available. This position is contract-to-hire, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and attendance.
