Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage data entry, including intake documentation and insurance verification, and collect co-pays when necessary.
- Respond to phone calls and emails courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Oversee the distribution of daily mail.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning correctly.
- Adhere to daily room schedules for clients and team members.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.
Additional Duties:
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct yourself in accordance with the employee manual.
- Stay informed about updates and changes, communicating them to the Office Supervisor.
Qualifications:
A High School diploma or GED is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
