Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage data entry, including intake documentation and insurance verification, and collect co-pays when necessary.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Oversee the distribution of daily mail.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Adhere to daily room schedules for clients and team members.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.

Additional Duties:

  • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct yourself in accordance with the employee manual.
  • Stay informed about updates and changes, communicating them to the Office Supervisor.

Qualifications:

A High School diploma or GED is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
