Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Transplant Services team at Emory University Hospital. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess patients' physical and emotional status, identifying potential complications and taking appropriate action
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  3. Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or eligibility for licensure
  • At least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or completion of a re-entry nursing program
  • Valid BLS certification; ACLS may be required in designated departments
