Job Summary:

This position requires a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to patients undergoing outpatient transplant services. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in caring for patients and possess a sound understanding of patient populations. You will work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed provider to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families in routine nursing situations.
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses in the comfort, care, and treatment of patients.
  • Participate in diagnostic procedures and observe and record patients' conditions and progress.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
  • Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia. Current BLS certification required.
