Surgical Transplant Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Abdominal Organ Transplant Surgeon to join our team at Emory University's Department of Surgery.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in deceased kidney, liver, and pancreas transplantation, as well as living liver and kidney procurement. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care and participating in research and education initiatives within the Division of Transplant Surgery.
About the Position- Work as an abdominal organ transplant surgeon with a focus on kidney and kidney-pancreas transplant surgery.
- Contribute to efforts providing outstanding clinical care, improving quality and patient safety, and developing innovative strategies in adult abdominal transplant surgery.
- A completion of an ASTS fellowship in Abdominal Organ Transplant is required.
- A valid, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia is necessary.
- A controlled Substance Registration Drug Enforcement Administration Certificate is also mandatory.
We offer an estimated annual salary of $312,500.
