About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bone Marrow Transplant Care Coordinator to join our team at Emory Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless transitions throughout the treatment process.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and clinicians to coordinate medical services, communicate effectively, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
