Job Summary

Continental Carbonic is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to enhance our sales efforts.

The Territory Sales Executive is accountable for all sales and expansion initiatives related to the dry ice sector within their designated area.

This role collaborates cross-functionally with our branches and production teams to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of dry ice to our clientele.

We are in search of a driven Sales Professional who can effectively convey value and recognizes that outcomes are achieved through diligent effort.

Position Responsibilities
  • Achieve and surpass corporate goals for safety and profitable growth within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize software tools to identify, contact, and document outreach to potential business leads.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports.
  • Manage travel expenses effectively while fulfilling personalized training obligations.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, administration, and quality standards.
  • Draft quotes, proposals, and contracts for approval.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships by gaining an in-depth understanding of their business and establishing a consultative rapport.
  • Negotiate new agreements and renewals with clients.
  • Drive profitable business growth by collaborating with commercial regions, product management, and contract administration.
  • Manage a portfolio by collecting feedback from various organizational groups.
  • Facilitate communication and support between our clients and prospects.
  • Provide initial product and application support to customers and prospects.
  • Assist with accounts receivable as needed.
  • Promote additional offerings from Continental Carbonic during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to meet growth targets.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments regarding customer success, opportunity details, development processes, and other pertinent information.
  • Oversee contract lifecycles, including price reviews and quarterly business assessments.
  • Support customer activities, new business acquisition, contract negotiations, and service requirements.
  • Maintain opportunities, contact information, and professional sales interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competition by gathering current market data.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and facilitate introductions to other team members.
  • Submit comprehensive business packages to the contract administration team for processing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience
  • 6+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of high performance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Dry Ice/CO2 products, B2C accounts, and logistics preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on knowledge of industrial gas products and their applications.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
