Patient Access Coordinator

The Patient Access Representative is a vital member of our team at Med-Metrix, responsible for ensuring seamless patient access to our healthcare services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient flow and registration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to HIPAA standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
