Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate - Bin Stock employee is responsible for managing consigned inventory at customer facilities, working closely with the Tri Star Warehouse to pick, pack, load, and unload inventory. This role requires the ability to lift over 50 pounds, operate a forklift, and use MS Office Suite and distribution-specific ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack inventory from the warehouse and transport it to assigned customer facilities.
  • Manage stocked consigned inventory at customer facilities, including counting and stocking materials based on inventory control logs.
  • Identify damaged, lost, or missing inventory and notify the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Pack orders to restock customer consigned inventory and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Assist in unloading containers from forklifts and loading them on delivery trucks or vans.
  • Create delivery and shipment reports and ensure accurate information is keyed into Eclipse by Inside Sales staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of warehouse or related experience in the same or similar industry preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Knowledge of industrial pipe, valve, and fitting materials a plus.
  • Previous experience with bar-coded inventory systems a plus.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to drive a forklift.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Able to use MS Office Suite and distribution-specific ERP systems.
  • Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug test where required.
