Senior Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Stinger Product Line team, you will be responsible for developing and executing material product strategies and material product plans to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute material program plans and supplier management plans
- Develop and lead supply chain proposal activities, including material pricing and SC labor bases of estimates
- Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
- Plan and execute make/buy/where process
- Manage supply chain metrics and proactively address program and functional issues
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create common schedules based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and resolve any supplier issues or material availability gaps
- Proactive supplier management plans and engagement with Supplier Quality & Mission Assurance to mitigate poor-performing suppliers
Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain, or similar
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance, and/or Supplier Management or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools (SAP/PRISM)
- Experience in executive presence and reporting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with coordinating strategies and managing tactical execution
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain, or similar
- Ability to lead efforts, including budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution
- Experience in a Matrix organizational structure
- Demonstrated planning skills for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities
- Negotiation experience

Clearance Information:
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
