Job Overview:

The Park Services Attendant plays a vital role in upholding the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the waterpark, ensuring it aligns with the standards set by Great Wolf Resorts and guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and professional environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the entire waterpark, including both public and staff areas, while following all safety protocols.
  • Engage with guests by providing friendly greetings, answering inquiries, and addressing requests.
  • Conduct daily cleaning tasks to maintain a neat and orderly appearance throughout the waterpark, including decks and locker rooms.
  • Keep windows and doorways clear of smudges and fingerprints.
  • Organize and clean furniture and hard surfaces in public areas; ensure floors are free from debris and spills, and empty waste receptacles regularly.
  • Sanitize restrooms within the waterpark to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong customer service skills and effective oral communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in sanitation, laundry operations, or guest services.
  • Experience in the safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals as per guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capability to push or pull weights up to 100 lbs.
  • Flexibility to bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to climb multiple flights of stairs daily.
  • Experience working with cleaning chemicals according to safety instructions.
