Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,142.40 - $55,070.80, depending on experience.

The full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, employee assistance program, optional life, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term care insurance, 401(k) plan with employer contribution, and 10 days of annual vacation accrual, increasing with tenure up to 20 days.

Job Description

This role involves preparing the press area by emptying all garbage cans before and after shifts, reading and familiarizing oneself with the work order, verifying proper configuration and organization of printed items for delivery, and making minor repairs and adjustments to the equipment when needed.

As a Printing Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the press is running smoothly and efficiently, following safety measures, and assisting in streamlining the print operation from start to finish.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred (but not required). Willingness to train right individual.
  • Basic proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and move 100 pounds.
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders.
  • Understanding and ability to follow safety guidelines.

Please note that this position requires joining a union and paying ongoing union dues each month. In addition, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen for controlled substances once an offer has been made.
