As a key member of the NW Facilities & Equipment Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating commercial maintenance operations on night shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient completion of assigned work tasks, smooth operation of routes, and prompt resolution of any inquiries or issues raised by night technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building processes, trade skills encompassing drywall, mudding, painting, woodworking, cabinets, countertops, casework, flooring installation and repair, tile work, light electric, light plumbing, renovation, carpentry, and concrete work. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, time management, and prioritization skills.

This position involves working collaboratively with a team, navigating software platforms such as QuickBooks Online, QBT, Corrigo, Google, and Service Channel. The successful candidate will be an exemplary role model for our company culture and values, advancing SYNERGY and shared values daily.

We offer a competitive salary range of $34 - $42 per hour DOE, depending on experience and skills. Additionally, we provide comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage following 60 days of employment, as well as a 401(k)/retirement plan after one year of service.
