Equipment Repair Specialist

Workman Industrial Services, Inc. is a leading construction company in North-East Ohio, committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team.
As an Equipment Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition. Your duties will include diagnosing and repairing mechanical and hydraulic systems, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
• Strong mechanical background and knowledge of heavy equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude
• CDL a plus or willingness to obtain it
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our competitive benefits package includes health insurance, vacation time, and a 401K plan.
