Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our nursing team as a Med Technician. In this role, you will significantly impact the lives of our residents by managing their medication administration and assisting them with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications to all assigned residents.
- Provide daily care, including personal hygiene, grooming, housekeeping, social interactions, and meal assistance.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, responding to their needs as necessary.
- Document completed tasks, including daily shift reports and resident records.
- Communicate confidentially and clearly with other staff regarding urgent needs and concerns.
- Manage assigned tasks effectively within the scheduled shift.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
