Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our team at Select Medical. As a Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and abstracting lease documents into our company database (AMT/MRI) accurately, completely, and timely for assigned lease portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze lease documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Abstract lease documents into our company database (AMT/MRI)
  • Update and maintain information in our company database (AMT/MRI)
  • Prepare monthly rent files for assigned lease portfolios
  • Draft and send email notifications to key personnel regarding lease documents
  • Research and reconcile rent account statements
  • Monitor and manage incoming mail and email for assigned lease portfolios

Requirements:

  • Experience in lease administration and knowledge of contracts
  • High School Diploma (minimum) and 4+ years' experience in lease administration or similar role
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and complete time-sensitive tasks
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy
