Position Summary

The Catering Attendant is responsible for delivering and serving food at various events under the guidance of the catering captain. Key responsibilities include:

  • Transporting and setting up food and supplies for catered events.
  • Maintaining food safety standards by logging temperatures.
  • Arranging tables and decorations according to event specifications.
  • Serving food and beverages to guests with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Cleaning the event area during and after functions.
  • Returning leftover food and equipment to the catering facility efficiently.
  • Collecting feedback from guests through comment cards.
  • Ensuring the catering facility and equipment are well-maintained.
  • Adhering to safety and sanitation policies at all times.
Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and may need to obtain a food handler's permit or alcohol servers' permit as required by state law.
