Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the orientation, training, and coordination of ViaQuest Hospice volunteers.
  • Oversee the volunteer program, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality services.
  • Plan and conduct volunteer support meetings, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, tracking volunteer hours and services delivered.
  • Supervise the delivery of volunteer services, aligning them with program needs and volunteer interests.
  • Assign volunteers to services based on their skills and interests, maximizing their impact.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our record-keeping system, ensuring it meets our standards.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in volunteer management and a related field.
  • Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
