Position Overview:
Join Clear Channel Communications, Inc. as a vital member of our marketing team, where you will contribute to the formulation and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at achieving our corporate, regional, and branch revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to create strategic marketing plans that target opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Partner with local teams to develop marketing materials that align with customer goals and deliver value.
  • Identify and coordinate significant local opportunities to maximize sales revenue at local, regional, and national levels.
  • Generate, report, and communicate metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives within the branch and region.
  • Participate in client meetings to present Clear Channel Communications resources and marketing expertise.
  • Support the Regional Marketing team with communication efforts related to the implementation of regional programs, sharing successes, best practices, and other initiatives.
  • Facilitate corporate marketing projects at the branch level, as well as address regionally requested needs.
  • Maintain all corporate branding and marketing materials at the branch level.
  • Oversee the execution and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns for the branch, providing pre-sales support and educating clients on our platforms.
  • Assist in the delivery of regionally led sales and marketing training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising with progressive responsibilities.
Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in building and nurturing client relationships to foster account growth.
  • Exhibit a collaborative and professional demeanor to establish strong connections with diverse customer groups and vendors.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Competent in performing essential mathematical calculations and interpreting data.
  • Adept at assessing situations, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing solutions.
  • Capable of developing processes that enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.

Physical Requirements:
The role requires the ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods and perform tasks that involve repetitive hand movements. The employee must be able to see written documents and computer screens clearly. This position is performed in a controlled office environment.
