Job Title: Facilities Technician

Job Summary:

The Facilities Technician at Suna Solutions plays a vital role in supporting daily maintenance, facility requests, and mailroom operations at our Regional Headquarters. This position is responsible for a wide range of office maintenance and mailroom tasks, ensuring efficient service delivery and seamless facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities requests using the internal work order system and perform routine maintenance tasks to address facility-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to support building management for landlord repairs, services, and needs.
  • Provide exceptional support to internal teams, visitors, and vendors while addressing requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for facility-related concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and address issues, opportunities for improved operation, and service excellence.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including daily delivery of office mail and packages.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree, trade school, or equivalent with at least 2 years' experience in general maintenance and mailroom functions.
  • Basic knowledge of building operations, regulations, and construction trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, etc.).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and shipping and receiving.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. required.
