Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned areas.

• Provide thorough cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Dust and polish furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
