**Customer Support Specialist**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at ADM in Quincy, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, including order taking, order entry, and processing.
- Handle initial customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate efforts with sales, production, trucking, warehouse, inventory management, formulations, and quality assurance to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Monitor customer orders to predict market trends and communicate information to purchasing, pricing, and sales teams.
- Facilitate communication between sales teams, production facilities, and customers to ensure seamless execution of sales needs and requests.
- Work closely with the Formulations department to communicate changes to existing formulas and set up new formulas for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with production facilities to coordinate production, logistics, and availability, and communicate with customers, sales, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- One or more years of experience in customer service and/or sales support.
- Superior verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
- Strong computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Office applications.
- Extensive keyboard and telephone use, sitting for extended periods of time.
