Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced landscape designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple projects while delivering top-tier results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and plan landscapes for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, demonstrating high proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Manage up to 4-5 landscape design projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with material ordering.
  • Meet clients on project sites to discuss design changes and updates.
  • Create high-quality 2D and 3D renderings, with proficiency in SketchUp.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in landscape and backyard design, ensuring modern and cutting-edge solutions, including luxury, modern, and aesthetic front and backyards that align with client visions and expectations.
  • Ensure all designs meet local landscape design requirements, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in landscape design.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in landscape design, with a portfolio of luxury residential projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of 2D and 3D rendering software, including SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design codes, requirements, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and vendors.
  • Knowledge of hardscape design principles.
  • Experience with garden design and maintenance.
  • Ability to work with land surveying data.
  • Understanding of irrigation systems in landscape design.
