About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Account Manager to join our team at Gothic Landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our production crews, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and service delivery
  • Manage crew members, including performance management, addressing complaints, and planning workloads
  • Conduct site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally
  • Network and earn referrals to support branch growth objectives
  • Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in targeted market segments and geographic locations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of client and crew management experience in the commercial landscape industry, with a proven track record of managing a large client portfolio
  • 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in landscape/horticulture with training and managing multiple crew members/gardeners
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email
  • Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, with experience in consultative sales to clients for additional services
  • Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred
