Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned commercial insurance accounts.

Policy Management:
- Oversee the administration of commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

- Monitor policy expirations to guarantee continuous coverage for clients.

New Business Development:
- Assist in crafting and presenting new business proposals to potential clients.

Risk Assessment and Coverage Placement:
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and risk exposures to recommend suitable coverage options.

Customer Service:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Manage claims reporting and follow-up, ensuring clients receive timely and fair resolutions.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about changes in insurance laws and regulations that may impact clients.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a similar role.
- Valid insurance license (CIC, CISR, CPCU, or similar certification is preferred).

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
