Key Responsibilities:

  • Market HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through both phone interactions and face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Develop solutions for clients by offering comprehensive technical support and exploring options, including processing orders, addressing product and service inquiries, managing warranties, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Notify management when pricing discrepancies arise in relation to market standards and local product insights.
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer orders.
  • Advocate for customer policy improvements based on needs and exercise discretion in modifying customer policies and procedures when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of initiative and a solid work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of experience in HVAC or a related parts retail environment.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, including Oracle.
