Job Summary

Magellan Health Services is seeking a qualified Home Visitor to provide support to young military families with children from birth to 3 years old. This role requires a strong background in child abuse prevention, maternal and child health, and social work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to eligible families with expectant parents and parents of children from birth to 3 years old.
  • Conduct assessments and develop case plans to address identified needs.
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide resources and services to families.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes and progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in child abuse or domestic abuse, maternal or child health, or medical social work.
  • Current and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or RN.
  • Home visitation experience.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,225 and $75,335 per year. Magellan Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary insurance options.
