Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for weighing, assembling, packaging, and labeling various forms of cannabis. You will operate equipment as needed and adher to manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality products. You will maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs as directed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with production experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a team. You must be detail-oriented, able to handle high stress situations, and be flexible and adaptable when needed. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds. You must also be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the US, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, and a salary commensurate with experience. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available 'after hours' if an emergency situation arises. Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.

This position requires a Level II background check by the Florida Department of Health. The successful candidate must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance, and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk throughout the workday, and must be capable of extended periods of sitting and standing.
