Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in the Twin Falls / Magic Valley area of Idaho. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial water treatment market.

About the Role

This is a home-office based position with limited travel requirements, typically within 200 miles around the Magic Valley. You will work closely with upper-level decision-makers at leveraging accounts, marketing and selling water treatment chemicals to existing and prospective clients in various industries.

Responsibilities
  • Owns and sets account plans, goals, and priorities for customers, both short and long-term
  • Manages and owns the overall account relationship to customers and is the face of the firm to the customer
  • Develops and implements strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of industrial water treatment sales and/or service experience required
  • Experience serving water treatment accounts in this geography highly preferred
  • A hunter sales mentality and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
