Business Development Route Representative

Vestis is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Route Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced driver who can safely operate a company step van to deliver products and services to clients. You will manage daily routes, load/unload products, and review invoices for accuracy to ensure seamless customer experience.

- Manage daily routes, load/unload products, and review invoices for accuracy.
- Meet sales goals, promote route growth, and develop new business leads.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Customer service experience, strong math and computer skills, and experience selling services/products.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to identify/solve customer concerns.
This role requires:
- Exposure to adverse weather conditions, fast-paced environment, and irregular hours.
- The ability to lift and maneuver 25+ lbs and load/unload products from truck without assistance.
Vestis offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.
Education and License RequirementsA high school degree or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license is also required for this role.
