Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Center Specialist to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and communities.
About the Job:
This is a full-time position that requires sitting for extended periods and using computer applications and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in customer service or call center operations. A background in banking is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Process various requests, including payments, transfers, and research
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Develop productive working relationships with all departments
