Job Overview

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier provider of strategic services, is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead our team in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide management and oversight for contracts, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Develop and implement work plans, reports, and quality checks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the deployment of program criteria, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Interact with Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership to drive project success.
  • Manage program financials, employee reviews, customer relationships, quality management, staffing, and team building.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop management plans, procedures, and methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular meetings with CORs and government leadership to ensure alignment and progress.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of program management experience, with a focus on financial management, reporting, business systems, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with CORs, COTRs, and CIO management teams.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve operational issues and develop recommendations.
  • Experience with budget execution and planning, as well as operational, program management, and quality control plans.
  • Ability to develop reports and formulate recommendations for senior management.
  • Experience managing firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Labor-Hour (LH) contracts.
  • Strong talent evaluation and staffing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • PMP/PMI certification.
  • Active Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Quality certification (ITIL or other).
