  • Work closely with our Professional Services Manager to understand each project's requirements and objectives.
  • Assist our customer support team in resolving technical issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and equipment rentals.
  • Ensure that all field projects are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical training and support to our customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize our solutions effectively.
  • Obtain customer sign-off on each project upon completion, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Verify that each project has the necessary tools and parts, and that all necessary reports are submitted on time.
  • Update your manager daily on project progress and onsite visits.
  • Represent Howard Technology Solutions in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum two years of technical experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Presentable, courteous, and pleasant personality.
  • Hardworking, sincere, honest, dedicated, and self-motivated individual.
